About AI Email Assistant
An AI-powered email automation workflow built with n8n, OpenAI, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and MongoDB. It watches a Gmail inbox, analyzes each message with OpenAI to classify its category and priority, drafts a reply, and detects meeting requests to create Google Calendar events automatically. High-priority emails are routed to Slack for human approval before anything sends, Gmail labels are applied automatically, and every processed email is logged to MongoDB for a full audit trail.
Built to cut manual email handling without losing human oversight: routine triage and drafting are automated, but nothing goes out without approval.
